Kelly Hegel has worked in medical malpractice defense for 30 years. She is experienced in HIPAA-compliant releases and preparing in-depth medical chronologies from medical records. She has worked on complex medical malpractice cases involving various medical issues. She is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including initial case preparation, drafting motions, gathering information, organizing records for reviewing expert and lay witnesses. She assists in trial preparation, which includes drafting trial witness and exhibits lists, preparing exhibits and working closely with witnesses and support staff as needed for trial.
